NUTRITION and LIFESTYLE

Nutrition is the foundation to a healthy lifestyle, yet we focus on exercise first. Your daily intake needs to support bodily function, exercise recovery, and daily purposeful movement. Does your intake do that?

Are you ready, willing, and able to do a 180° turn and start building a solid foundation upon which to support all the hard work you do in the gym and as part of your daily lives?

The flow of Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching:

  • There is some paperwork and profile creation to complete prior to starting any program with Coach Brad and B-WELL|DAILY.  

  • Once completed and returned, we will meet for a 1 hour consultation. The detail of the consultation varies depending on the program you are entering. 

  • Nutrition only consultation may be via phone/video call or in person.

  • Consultation detail:

    • Discuss your completed questionnaire.

    • Girth measurements

    • Initial photos (if appropriate and desired by you)

    • Together we create your first action plan.


 

Nutrition check-ins:

  • We meet weekly for a 15:00 check in. 

  • Week four is a 45:00 check in. We evaluate your progress, discuss challenges you may be facing, and update your plan with new action items. This may be via phone or at the start of your strength training session (if applicable). If meeting via phone, you’ll be asked to book the time through my Calendly profile. This will be provided to you upon agreement of services.

Fee schedule:

4 month initial commitment for all services.

  • Nutrition and Lifestyle   

    • $375 / month.

    • Billed monthly on the first.
