  • Practices a holistic healthy lifestyle.

  • Has a focus on their nutrition, accepting nutrition is the foundation of life.

  • Strives for consistency day to day.

  • Sets and reevaluates goal(s).

  • Shows up present and ready to work.

  • Has intent with every workout.

  • Counts repetitions, tracks loads lifted in a personal journal.

  • The endurance focused member tracks and logs all workout data in Training Peaks.

  • Is willing to break a sweat and not complain about it.

  • Performs personal self care on their own.

  • Understands the importance of sleep in achieving proper recovery.
